The Philips 32PFL3606H turns on, the logo is OK, but after two seconds it turns off, the other circuits work normally.

I suspect a defective inverter transformer, all the voltages needed for IC Driver are OK.
Does anyone have any idea where to get it. Thanks for answer.

I had to solve the PSU Inverter problem by purchasing a PSU because the inventory transformer could not be purchased.
