    Mark: PHILIPS
    Model: 32PFL3018H/12 (VES2.2E LA)
Chassis (main board, components): mainboard 17MB82S and 17IPS62 for PSU
    LCD Screen/Panel (if exist): VES315WNDB-01
    More information:
The TV is blinking at startup and could not start (no display on the panel, only backlight). Maybe a board firmware failure. The USB firmware update is working, tried the Core firmware update 0.8.4 but no changes after the upgrade.

Voltage of the PSU is correct.

    U12 : 25Q64FVSIG
    U10 : 25L160GE

    Any help is appreciated.

Hi, it seems to me that the electrolytes in the power supply are swelling, (according to the attached photo) check the power supply.

Too poor photo to tell. If that were the case, the author of the topic would be doing something about it.

@artbi881 Hi thanks for your approach, but tested all the condensators and all are OK

@jeloi Thanks, tried this and no changes after the upgrade. Also tested the nvclean upgrade and also no changes.

@TELERADIOMECHANIKA OK I have uploaded new hi-res pictures, see in attachments.

Also tried to boot the card without the LVDS connected to the LCD panel (if the panel verification is buggy) but no changes.

Any way for installing the panel driver via USB without the service menu?

At this time, I don't know what to do now to solve the issue.

Hi, what is the number starting 1008... or 1009... or 1010...? in the back panel sticker

if 1009 you can try one of these:

    https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xKqV78vD8VqNQrBQ4n7NqIaikjafj8xP

Press remote OK and plug to mains

Tried one of these and the update installation finished, the situation is the same as before (led blinking slowly) :(

    Software Process
    1. Unzip bin files to computer copy bin file to USB (depending chip type),
    2. Power off by removing the power cable or adapter from the TV and after that plug in the USB with the loader package into the TV.
3 On the remote control press and hold the OK button. Now plug in the power cable to TV and wait until the light is showing power and blinks faster.
If it is blinking faster that means that it is installing the Software from the USB you inserted.
Now you have to wait until the TV turns on the display, do not unplug your TV until this software has been installed completely.

    Hi @sricamap001
Thanks for your reply. I have tried your bin files with the upgrade_loader.pkg on the USB key and your method. The upgrade was installed but after the TV is at the same problem (the led blinks slowly). What's wrong ?
