The millemium bank website is not opening to me. This error pops up.
The website www.bankmillennium.pl caused too many redirects.
Delete cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Does not run on any browser. Chrome, Mozilla.

Everything works fine. I just clicked on a link from your post and the page opened without any problems (I'm using Mozilla). Maybe follow the recommendation and clear your cookies.

If it worked and stopped, think about what could be the reason, maybe you clicked something in the internet connection settings. I can see you still expect miracles. the only information from you is "does not work on my internet".
Nobody is clairvoyant here, so the only thing I can advise you is to contact your internet provider regarding the RIGHT settings. Alternatively, if you do not feel strong enough to do these settings in person - give the computer to a specialist who will probably take care of the topic within a dozen or so minutes.

However, let the author not expect someone to lead him remotely by the hand, how to unscrew it or show what caused it and how to fix it.

Either reinstall the system cleanly, or restore from the recovery partition (if there is one).
But before that, please make sure you have all the drivers for this system.
