Hello, I read the forum in search of a similar problem - yes I know there are many similar topics, but despite the advice used I still haven't received the answer ..
Radio model (code) from the net, I bought mine together with the car without a cardboard box, but visually they do not differ - I suspect that it is one and the same model. I will post a picture of my radio if it works.

So the problem - after connecting the phone (galaxyS8 +) to the radio via a USB cable, the radio does not read music. Earlier it read normally, music sorted into folders. After selecting the "upload files" option on the phone the radio shows the message "error19", after choosing from the list of other connection options it is the same or "N / A USB"
I connected another phone and everything is ok, the radio reads it normally, just like other flash drives with music, so the problem is in S8. The only question is - where? Settings searched and nothing sensible ..
I also tried to get around this by setting the radio like in the movie on yt-

failed, video attached. [Attach: 972fe38d6a] [/ attach: 972fe38d6a]
I removed all music from the phone, I downloaded 1 piece in mo3 format - the radio still can't read anything from s8 - "error19"
Is it possible that there is a phone malfunction? Something somewhere mixed up in the settings - just where? Or maybe you need to change something on the radio? Please help :)

The phone has a 100% charged battery? If not, top up and try again.

Completely up to 100% maybe not, I will check it today. Although before there was no problem to connect at, for example, 50% because along with playing music the phone was loading via radio. Thanks for the suggestions!

I do not know how in Samsung, in Huaweju after connecting via USB, you need to select the option of working the phone as a mass storage and only then the radio recognizes it as an external disk.

For me it always worked with the "pkikow" setting, otherwise I would not choose the option and so it shows "error19" or "N / A USB" where everything was ok before.

The phone is "fresh" charged to 100%, still "error19" with every possible option. Pioneer DEH-1800UBG - - Does not read the phone (USB connection)Screenshot...ttings.jpg Download (388.46 kB)

Exactly. Another phone connected - game, 2 pendrives - are playing. Only my s8 doesn't want to read, even though it was read before ...

You enter the radio, system, android WIRED menu and choose memory. It should work
