    Hello.

I would like to present my problem with MAN TGA 2007 euro 5 with AdBlue.

Error GDK / PDF 05023-01 flashes daily.
Even so, the system is working properly, AdBlue is being taken in. Only when I pour out this problem for a long time (about 2 months), then the system will turn off AdBlue dosing and until the error is cleared with the computer, AdBlue is not being charged (the balloon is on).

I have this error on the board:

MAN TGA - AdBule error - GDK / PDF 05023-01 - Air duct blocked

And I have the diagnostic program:

MAN TGA - AdBule error - GDK / PDF 05023-01 - Air duct blocked

I started the procedure for checking the airline, then a slight hiss is heard somewhere. The hiss is not with all that AdBlue can behind the cabin on the right, but somewhere deeper by the muffler. There is an injector somewhere

This result was shown by the computer:

MAN TGA - AdBule error - GDK / PDF 05023-01 - Air duct blocked

    And these were the recommendations:

MAN TGA - AdBule error - GDK / PDF 05023-01 - Air duct blocked MAN TGA - AdBule error - GDK / PDF 05023-01 - Air duct blocked

So we have too high pressure in the supply module after the throttle. But that doesn't tell me anything? What to undress? Where to look for it?

    Thanks in advance, best regards.

Witman. The fault description tells you everything (nozzle, dosing valve or tubing). The fired procedures describe the fault exactly, what is not there to know?
In the last photo you have where to look:
"Air pressure higher than 3.8 bar downstream of the throttle valve indicates a blocked measuring (dosing) module or nozzle"
    Cleaning should help.

After stripping in poppy seed, she got a hot bath ;)

By the way, also the injector, because if you are so far away, why not clean it for peace of mind ;)

Everything works, the pressures are back to normal ;)

Hello. I have the same problem in tgx 440eev, the mechanic told me that it is not cleaned and I want to put a new one on me, is that true?

It strips, cooks and puts together. Check the date I did it, from then summer no problem. It is simply easier to replace with new ones, but cleaning is simple :)

You should knock out the two bolts holding the whole device together, remove the seals, boil it, put the seals on, assemble and drive in the bolts. So much (as long as this coil is not burnt, and you have errors like me, not burnt coil errors)

Raise the cab and remove the right-hand engine cover. Go on the exhaust and you'll find it closer to the front of the car. Unscrew the 4 fixing it with m6 or m8 screws. Unplug the electric plug and unscrew the power cord of the injector and the air supply (note some stupid wrenches 14 or 15).

I think it will come out. First unscrew the torx screws, then knock out the pins with a drill bit of the same diameter as the pins. Clean, boil and fold

And also check if the injector is obstructed, I pulled it out and then I could not set it in the position it should be. I mean, it only fits in one position, but it is quite tight there and I had a problem with putting on the armband that holds it

And this injector does not pull out? How to check if it is free? Honestly, I've never done anything like this ?

And I did? Take it out if you want, but it's hard to put it in the right position later, it's a bit tight there.

Pull out the adblue dispenser, as a colleague writes above, when you hold it in your hand, unscrew the 4 screws torx key. Remove the injector and put the housing into hot water, do not knock out these pins, try to block the screw when you unscrew the flexible wire at the bottom or unscrew it at the muffler - try not to twist the lower screw from the injector side - plus I never disassemble the whole on one side, the damage to the seal is not enough and hot water will dissolve the mealworm without any problem.
Why not twist the screw on the flexible hose? They do not recommend it during the Man training, it is about slight micro cracks in the seals.
From the beginning I took apart for 2 or 3 years only in boiling water and no problem.
There is no problem with unfolding and folding - no.
After folding, the adblue pump is deaerated.

It seems simple, let's see how it will be in practice. I will eat it on Saturday and start working

Are you venting the pump with the computer?

Ok. I'll let you know when I know something.

Added after 5 [hours] 33 [minutes]:

There was a mechanic friend with a computer, we turned it on, took the injection out and said that it was clean, but when it was pulled out, for 5 minutes we put it into the water which was 60 degrees and we turned, he removed the errors and ordered to watch.

After cleaning everything is ok. Works, gets adblue and no error pops up :)

It was not good for too long, another GDK / PDF 05085-01 error, fortunately passive, only popped up once.

So for a moment it started to fail, but it's okay? Is this a sign that something is already starting to happen with it and it will not be replaced for long?

It is unequivocally difficult to judge, since poi co is passiv and only once, drive on if an exchange begins then.
