I would like to present my problem with MAN TGA 2007 euro 5 with AdBlue.
Error GDK / PDF 05023-01 flashes daily.
Even so, the system is working properly, AdBlue is being taken in. Only when I pour out this problem for a long time (about 2 months), then the system will turn off AdBlue dosing and until the error is cleared with the computer, AdBlue is not being charged (the balloon is on).
I have this error on the board:
And I have the diagnostic program:
I started the procedure for checking the airline, then a slight hiss is heard somewhere. The hiss is not with all that AdBlue can behind the cabin on the right, but somewhere deeper by the muffler. There is an injector somewhere
This result was shown by the computer:
And these were the recommendations:
So we have too high pressure in the supply module after the throttle. But that doesn't tell me anything? What to undress? Where to look for it?
