At the beginning you need to know what equipment it is. Look carefully at your plate and there should be something - name, model or something (you did poor photos and you can't see anything on them)

Fixed code set with 10 position dip-switch.
In the remote control after spinning should also be such a dip switch.
The same setting in the receiver and transmitter causes that the remote control should work.
It may be that the codes in the remote control are set by a combination of button presses, or the remote control is not original and the code from the original remote control was loaded into it.

    Hello
On the plate, no description at the front, back, nothing.
Do you think this is a fixed code system?
I have the option to borrow a functional pilot from a neighbor and I have a self-learning pilot that I can copy.
I bought a garage and the remote control I received was out of order

Ps my only guess is that it is a form of blinds.
more than once I programmed the remote to nice, elmes always had a prg button on the control panel

    - these are radio links with a variable code. (Admittedly, even on some receivers with a fixed code there are programming buttons.)
This one is a permanent code ... Unfortunately, the photo of the pilot is inaccurate and incomplete (no other page).
In some old models there was no dip-switch (s) but just soldered the appropriate on-off fields ...
Can a neighbor's pilot be cloned? You have to try. In addition to the code, the frequency is also important ...

Adds detailed pics of the remote control from both sides

If I get a remote control from a neighbor and try to clone it, I'll let you know if I've solved the problem

two neighbors in the garage have nice flor-s remotes from what I read are variable codes and there is a procedure for programming them from the remote control a few meters from the transmitter
Please tell me if I am right?

a few meters from the receiver,
This function must be active (enabled on the receiver).

Your remote control is a 315MHz fixed-code remote control.
    Search for cloner at 315MHz.

Thank you for the instruction, but the nice flo2 remote control works at 433.92 MHz

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around identifying the brand and model of a malfunctioning garage gate remote control and determining whether it operates on a fixed or variable code system. Initial responses suggest examining the control unit for identifying marks, but the user reports no visible information. Subsequent replies indicate that the remote may utilize a fixed code system with a dip-switch configuration or a variable code system. The user later discovers that their neighbors use Nice Flo2 remotes, which operate on a variable code system at 433.92 MHz. Ultimately, the user successfully clones the Nice Flo2 remote using a self-learning device, resolving their issue.
