Came barrier, unfortunately I don't know what radio is there. I have one pilot:
4-channel, probably with variable code, by NEO: exactly like this:
    http://www.automatykabramy.pl/index.php?produkt=179

I got a reference from the administration of the estate to the company that installed the barrier, I called and was a bit surprised: they want PLN 160 for the remote control, but as I see the market cost of the remote control is PLN 60, which means that for programming that takes a few seconds, I have to pay PLN 100. Yes, I know that the installer wants to earn, but in a few seconds the work done by the way (I'm in no hurry) is probably quite a lot.

Can it be done somehow cheaper? I don't have 2 left hands, so I would probably be able to program it, how is this operation done? Because you can't clone if it's a variable code ..?

Second question: I only use one button (barrier), will a (cheaper) two-channel remote control work in this situation?

Browsing the internet, I saw that a lot of similar remotes also work on the 433MHz frequency. This is somestandard in this field? Are such remotes interchangeable with each other?

    Hello.
    1. If the installer has blocked access to the radio with a PIN, you will not do anything yourself (and you probably do). Imagine a situation where anyone who wants to, will rummage around the barrier and its radio.
    2. In your case, the two-channel remote control will do the job.
    3. There is no standard, even if the remotes operate on the same frequency, they don't need to be interchangeable.

    Hello
buddy, if the installer has not blocked the remote entry of remote controls, you will be able to copy the code yourself without any problems, you only need to have a working remote control for this barrier
buy a remote control for 60 zeta as 2-channel as possible :) and go to the barrier, hold down the button of the previously coded remote control for 15 seconds, release the button and press the button of the new remote control, it should also work for 15 seconds (as it copies NEO), if it fails, unfortunately it is less in your pocket: /

btw: the description of how to copy NEO remotes should be described on the box of the remote control

Honestly, the pilot costs PLN 120, and the programming service PLN 60, if it is in Kielce.

Probably a remote control in a titanium housing :P

I buy Nice remotes for an average of PLN 24/28 per unit. Counterfeit, for example, Eflor from PLN 18.

So my friend is also sure, he has access to cheap pilots ... nice price cut on the programmed remote control.

As for the remotes and programming, it's just a matter of finding a good company.

read from the beginning, buddy, it's about DTM remotes of the NEO series, not NICE, by the way, you can find such remotes for 50 zeta and you know what city other prices and the purchase price does not have to be the same as the sale, unless you are Santa Claus :)

Most likely: the possibility of simply adding remotes is blocked and a pin code in the radio is also available, and you do not have a key to open the barrier.

Interesting new Victory remote - a pity the rubber buttons.

Maybe the administration can order a larger number of pilots, it will be cheaper, because one journey will be for an employee, sign up that you are willing.

Besides, think about it, someone has to come to you and program the remote control, usually at the time when you are at home, i.e. for the employee it is after normal working hours.
The price of the pilot is about 60, - + employee travel + car + invoice sending by letter because the customer wants to, but will inform about it only after he pays, never before, as if it would be cheaper without it. Usually, the price of 1 pc. 150, - if a customer buys more, it is cheaper per item.

    Info for: Niuniek_84
These remotes cost 5, 6 Euro in wholesale directly from the manufacturer (Iberians) + possible shipping.

If you order a minimum of 1000 pieces from me, I will give you -other- remotes with an individual code specially made for you, price negotiable, as well as an additional assortment.
Even if someone buys a remote that is identical to your radio, it will not upload it anyway. For this you can get a special programmer and soft for organizing lists.

Sory for two entries, but on the keyboard I have a power button below delete and I only managed to give enter :(

Recently I saw a rolling code copier, although I did not test it with DTM radio, it should work without a problem. I think it could be the solution to your problem.

Rolling code copier? Interesting thing. Can you describe it in more detail?

technically, I do not know what this solution is, but the manufacturer (at the BUDMA 2011 fair, he assured that he would copy all remotes with variable code)
Creating a Remote-Controlled Barrier with a NEO 4-Channel Variable Code Transmitter on Estate
The principle of copying as in the self-digging fixed code, you press the original, then the copy and hold until the lamp lights up on the maple.
I will call to ask if the DTM radio will also work.

or I can give you a contact to the Polish distributor and you will find out everything yourself

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the challenges of programming a NEO 4-channel variable code remote control for a barrier at an estate. The user expresses frustration over the high cost of programming services offered by the installer, suggesting that they could perform the task themselves if possible. Responses indicate that if the installer has not blocked remote entry, the user may be able to copy the code using a compatible remote. Suggestions include purchasing a cheaper two-channel remote and attempting to program it by following specific steps. There are also mentions of alternative solutions, such as a rolling code copier that may work with variable code remotes. The conversation highlights the disparity in remote control prices and programming fees, as well as the potential for bulk purchasing to reduce costs.
