Check the keyboard settings, it's rather a settings error. Sometimes programs change the keyboard shortcuts and unknowingly switch the keyboard ourselves.

Check what keyboard shortcuts you have assigned to keyboard changes and change them to those that reduce the risk of accidentally changing the keyboard. As for the reasons, look in the system logs if there is anything about the keyboard.
