    Hi.

I am looking for a camera because my previous Canon A610 "disappeared in unclear circumstances" and the question immediately is whether it is possible to track photos from this camera on the internet?
I used it a little, it was enough for my "taking photos".

Now I am looking for a compact and the only important thing for me is the macro.
I choose between Nikon A900 and Canon SX730HS, which one is worth choosing? Unless you recommend there is something better. Price around PLN 1,400

An interesting camera is Sony Cyber Shot DSC-RX100, although it is already years old. The new products include Canon PowerShot G9.

There is now PLN 215 cashback for the Nikon A900, so an additional incentive.

Cashback for SX730 is also PLN 130 and this one suits me the most, maybe I will get used to Canon. Possibly Canon PowerShot G9.
And how about Panasonic DC-FZ82 - PLN 1300?

I assume that you definitely have a smartphone worth about PLN 1,000. You have a budget of 1400. Is it not better to combine it and buy e.g. the latest Samsung S9 with a physical aperture? If you are going to use advanced functions in the camera, the compact does not make sense, it is better to buy a SLR ... and if you do not intend to buy a strong smartphone ...

Believe me, compacts for 1400 are trash, they take worse photos than flagship phones. Huawei P20 Pro, iPhone X, Samsung S8 are taking fantastic photos.

edit - Samsung S9 (the one with the physical iris) although I have S8 now and take great photos, previously iPhone 7 and I was also very happy.

I also think that instead of looking for compact, which have been a dead segment in the photo for some time, it is better to buy a good phone, and only if you want to learn and start doing something better, you can start with something with a large matrix like most mirrors, canon and olympus have cheap models but also fuji is also hit.

If you have SN, write info about the theft in the Canon forum.
I always check lenses or cans after serial numbers also if they were on the website. Of course you reported it to the police?
    You still have this page:

Instead of such a stick I would prefer something used mirrorless + glass typically for macro.
You will squeeze a lot more out of it, and when you see what you lack or light (bright constant) or something universal (zoom) or maybe close-up (telephoto) you will buy a slide. Through the adapter you attach various glasses, which sometimes goes to break out for pennies.
If you get bored with the photo and decide that you prefer to do a calculator, then set a sale with a small loss, and in the case of an A900 or SX730HS newknife you will have a large backpack and no one looks if the foil on the display or the camera is perfect and you will lose a lot.

Search offers in forums. You can buy there cheaper and more reliable.

I can see that you don't live in a house like me.
Often, different companies make open days:

Take a look at whether something is currently being prepared at your place.
    Take your card with you.
Take photos of different brands / models.
You will also see what is better for you.
Sometimes they make a promotion at such shows or you can buy something at a show for an even lower price. I would, however, aim at the drug because there are those that spend a lot on the camera, and then they do not turn them on and sell them in cheaper condition.
When you get home, take a look at the photo you took during such open days.
You will probably forget about the models you entered in the first post ... :P

I have a Sony RX100 and I can recommend it as a compact camera, but in practice I see that since I have a good camera on my phone, I practically stopped using compact.

Some participants suggest considering alternatives like the Panasonic DC-FZ82 and the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-RX100, although the latter is noted to be older.
