Samsung UE32H5500 TV fails to access content from 2.5 Seagate 500gb drive via USB

For some time I have had a problem with the 2.5 "Seagate 500gb drive connected via USB to the Samsung UE32H5500 TV, so far everything has been working properly and recently I connect the drive and it takes a long time to load, the drive is detected, the name of the drive appears and when I want to open it then the screen turns black for a moment, then the screen turns on by itself and displays the message "could not complete your request. You will be redirected to the main screen ". I checked the disk on the computer, it works without a problem, I did not format it or anything like that, the disk is 100% functional, I checked with various programs and connected to my friend's Toshiba TV and it works. I checked other disks, such with power external and USB cables on my tv, everything gives the same effect, that is, it sees the disk but you can not get to the content of the disk and only this message. Can you check something else or just call the service?

Unfortunately, the factory reset didn't help either. Now it doesn't even display the drive name, doesn't detect it at all. I think the only thing left to do is take it to the site because I have no ideas what to do or check next.
