You will be redirected to the main screen ". I checked the disk on the computer, it works without a problem, I did not format it or anything like that, the disk is 100% functional, I checked with various programs and connected to my friend's Toshiba TV and it works. I checked other disks, such with power external and USB cables on my tv, everything gives the same effect, that is, it sees the disk but you can not get to the content of the disk and only this message. Can you check something else or just call the service?
