Hello, I bought a Samsung ue43nu7122 tv, after connecting the USB flash drive to the USB port I can view photos, listen to music, I can not watch movies in any format. The message "selected file is currently not supported" appears. I checked different pendrives, different file types, and FAT and NTFS and still the same message. I also did a device reset. Any ideas how to deal with it?

Yes, I read E manual, I tried with different pens, formatted in FAT and NTFS, AVI mkv files, different size and resolution, different number of frames, no one goes, the message is still the same. I have not tried the WiFi because I have a TV set with my parents and I have not had the opportunity to do it.

I see that you are trying to explain to me like a cow on a ditch ... I was with you on the site and could not solve my problem on the spot, apparently the first time you met with something like that. As I will know in pt which was the reason I will describe it, maybe someone will experience such a surprise.

    ps
Maybe the power efficiency of the USB 2.0 jack in tV is insufficient to power the drive?
Does this disk read pictures / music?

I tried to play AVI mkv files from 13 different pen, each formatted in all possible ways, ie fat32, exfat and NTFS. 27 different files ... Everyone reads music and photos. It even shows movie thumbnails. Only he can not play them. Such a whim.

Pendrive every other company and probably all possible capacities available on the market.
