Hello, Another piece of crap that I can't deal with....

    when simulating the project tp700 outdoor + S7-1200 1214 DC/DC/Rly a message pops up

    WinCC Runtime
"Too many tags (Powertags) have been configured WinCC Runtime Advanced 128 Power Tag V13"

    In the panel's properties/information I have 15 tags used

Where can I check the number of available powertags and what can I do with it?

The number available for the panel can be found in the technical data. For your:
    Variables
? Number of variables per device 2 048
? Number of variables per screen 400
6AV2124-0GC13-0AX0 SIMATIC HMI TP700 COMFORT OUTDOOR

The number of designed ones can be checked by right-clicking on the panel in the project tree -> Properties -> Information.
The information you get is due to the lack of a license for PC Runtime, and in this mode the Simulation starts. In the actual panel, the license is in the hardware.

What does "Number of variables per device" actually mean?
What if there are more variables in the project?
Is "Number of variables per device" the same as Powertags (or is it equivalent)?

A powertag is a tag that has an external link, e.g. to a PLC. It mainly refers to the PC Runtime license.
The number of variables in the panel is the number of all entries on the list (Number of variables per device) and does not have to be equivalent to the number of Powertags.
If there are too many of them in the panel, the project will not be compiled and you need to change the panel or reduce the number.

    Yeah ...
I have 4130 PowerTag, which means there will be more variables in the panel than less.
Panel TP1200 ("Number of variables per device" max 2000).
    The build goes through.

It is interesting ;) What version of the portal?
Passes without any information or warning?
Does it stick to the panel?

After uploading to the panel, check if everything works as you assumed, I had such a case with the TP1500 panel, the project was compiling and after uploading to the panel, strange things happened, some buttons did not work, the states of some objects on the screen hung, etc.

    V16, no warning
Currently, I do not have access to the panel.

    post-compilation information:
    ,Number of tags: 5151,,7:13:14 PM
,Number of PowerTags used: 4130,,7:13:14 PM
,Software compilation completed (device version: 16.0.0.0).,,,7:13:14 PM

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the issue of exceeding the maximum number of Powertags in the WinCC Runtime Advanced software while simulating a project involving the TP700 outdoor panel and the S7-1200 1214 DC/DC/Rly PLC. Users are advised to check the number of available Powertags in the technical data of the panel, which allows for 2,048 variables per device and 400 variables per screen. It is clarified that Powertags are external links to a PLC and are subject to licensing limitations. If the number of Powertags exceeds the allowed limit, the project will not compile, necessitating a reduction in the number of Powertags or a change in the panel. Users also share experiences regarding the compilation and functionality of projects on different panel models, highlighting potential issues that may arise post-upload.
