You go to id.wialon.net and look for your ID from the sticker from the device. As you can see them at port 20448 is half the battle. At http://orange.gps-trace.com/ you create a profile. In Profile as device you set "Device type" as TK110 and there you paste the full ID into the "Unique ID" field that you had on id.wialon.net. If there was zero in front, it was zero. Another sms to the target server: SERVER, 666666.0,193.193.165.166.20488.0 # Log out, log in and it should work.

Have you tried factory settings (as I guess you have GT02A after the topic)? When you send a text message saying "SERVER, 666666,0,193.193.165.167,20448.0 #" here http://id.wialon.net/ at the port "20488" you will see your IMEI (fragment) (ie theoretically wrong - 88888888888) but do a factory reset first.
