Sharp LC-40LE343E LED Flashing Issue: FW Installation, USB, Main Board 17MB70-5P V1 050511

As for the ignition, the red to green LED flashes at infinity.
The feeds are regular.
I have planned
U103 = 24C64
U107 = M25P40
Unsuccessful .
I'm trying to load the following FW: LC-40LE340E_Software_Version_V-0-12-3.
I performed the installation procedure fw, when I turn on the tv
from the mechanical switch it is positioned in stand by. (red LED on). turning on by button
power the LED flashes from green to red and does not read anything from the usb.
I changed multiple usb sticks, formatted in fat 32 and copied the files to the usb root, but nothing changed.
Procedure made several times with usb from 1 gig, fat 32, ignition plus OK button, switching on with button from remote control P +.
The pen is not read.
The voltage on the usb port is present, 5 volts.

Resolder both transformers on inverter board.
Update software!!

Replace u39(mp2012), can be replaced with AMS1086CM18.
