Hello,
I have had optical fiber for 3 weeks. It was fun for hours. Later on, WiFi blackouts started to appear. It was happening either on the laptop, or on one cell, or on all devices at once. After such a loss of signal, sometimes turning off the router helped. Unfortunately only sometimes. Sometimes it helped to go to the router with the laptop, but as soon as you went to his workplace, after a few moments there is no connection again. The same thing happens with the printer. She used to use WiFi for several years, and now she loses the signal very often, not to mention the fact that a lot of time passes from the "Print" command to the start of printing. On the first floor, on this router, I do not have WiFi at all (I connected a permanent TpLink router to Huaweia via the cable and finally I have coverage).
I started calling the supplier and this one:
1. Several times he changed the parameters of the router responsible for WiFi.
2. When that did not help, a technician sent him to set up the router - he worked with the technician, after his departure the problem returned.
3. I called again and they set up remotely from each other.
Computers run well on the cable and there are no such problems.
Recently, I learned from the supplier that they will not give me a router and recommend that I buy another one, put a Huaweia next to it and take a WiFi signal from it. They explain that they provide internet via cable, and Wi Fi is not !!! I said what I think about something like that. Unfortunately, the consultant has little to say.
Does anyone have or have had similar situations? Is it the fault of the router or something else?
I am asking for help, because such a network operation (when most devices work only after WIFi) is unthinkable for a long time.
