Hello dear forum members. Matrix backlighting has died, the image content is visible after the image backlighting, but the backlighting itself does not work.

The power supply has guidelines for powering the LEDs, there is 119.7V DC - 250mA, when measuring on the plugs for powering the diodes is 220 Volt constant, and I do not know how it is in these power supplies, whether this voltage drops to 119 volt under load, is the power supply clearly damaged? I will add that the diodes are damaged, during the diode tests only two of the eighteen are lit.
Not only dividing 120: 18 I get that it is a 6.6 volt diode, but for this diode to light up well, I had to give it 12 volt power supply, and now 220: 18 is 12 volt. I will add that the voltages on the motherboard are correct.

Please direct me, I add photos.

The diodes are 6V and do not mix. replace straps with new ones and by topic.

    Hello.
Diodes probably 2 watts. If you undermine the lens you will see whether it is 1W or 2W diode (1 watt are smaller in size, usually 2835). Replace them and the voltage will drop.
