I am going to buy a single-function condensing gas boiler and I would like to ask for some opinions about the boilers I have chosen:
    De Dietrich MCR3 PLUS 24T
    EcoCondens Gold Plus 25 thermet
Immergas Victrix EXA 28 1 ERP
Junkers Boiler Cerapur Compact ZSB 24-1DE
    or maybe something else.
    Thanks for the answers.

EVERYONE is good as it is efficient (even the one from the market) and the differences between them are mostly marketing gibberish .... I add to the basket Vaillant Saunier Duval THELIA CONDENS 18 or 25 or 30kW with built-in weathercock, works with a dedicated ebus controller as well as on / off. The price on the net is very good. And finally look around what decent service you have nearby because sooner or later you will use it and the waiting time for diagnosis and repair will show you which boiler is good ....
    Greetings

In the case of the Compact, I would rather go for the 14kW model.
For the needs of every 14kW, this is too much for most buildings, so 24kW is unnecessary for what.
The ZSB14-1DE model modulates in the 2.2-15.0 range for 50/30 temperatures, and the ZSB24-1DE has a 3.3-25.2kW range for the same 50/30.
The difference at the minimum power is 1.1kW, so it gives a better work culture in the transition period, when there is no frost yet.

In turn, for hot water 24 and 14kW does not make such a big difference, because you have water heated in the reservoir, and the boiler heats it, so a few minutes of longer reheating is not crucial here.
To sum up, I would choose a boiler that can modulate power from approx. 2-2.5kW, and this condition is met by ZSB14-1DE.
Unless you have a place to heat that requires more than 14kW, this was not a topic but it is rather rare.

    and how expectations vs. reality?
I am also planning to replace a 12-year-old boiler for something condensing 1-function and I am considering Junkers Cerapur Compact vs Termet Gold ...
