    On LG 42lb650v I am not able to run any application under smart TV. The TV has the latest soft software installed from the manufacturer, is connected to the internet (the built-in web browser works nice). Lg store, youtube, netflix everything is supposed to be but I do not want to connect. After clicking on the app, he tries to connect for a while and then returns to displaying the TV picture. The TV has its years but it is working. The smart function has not been used before (TV used by an elderly person). Generally, I have no idea what might be wrong.
