    Hello, I have a problem with OS transfer.

    I have a 1T disk with 2 partitions (there are still small, hidden "system recovery" partitions): C: system and the other D: for games, movies, etc. I bought a 500gb SSD and wanted to create an OS clone. I connected the disk and using the program Easeus todo backup free I wanted to make an OS clone by selecting the "OS clone" option, but this option is dropped because the program informs me that the target disk is too small (by default, the program probably wants to clone the entire 1T disk, not the OS, because the OS itself calmly takes

    Problem solved - for messages from users with potential similar problem:

    When moving, you must indicate that the OS is moving, not the partition where the OS is. This is important because no boot is visible after transferring the partition itself.

    The Aomei partition assistant program clones OS on GPT, but only in the version PROFESIONAL . After cloning in UEFI, there appeared 2 partitions with a possible boot (old and new, cloned). After selecting a new one, the system automatically assigns C:
