    Hello.

I'm thinking about choosing a pneumatic wrench.
    Price up to PLN 300.
    I am considering purchasing:
ATS 1500 NM - PLN 249 for allegro, average air consumption; 150 l / min
BJC 1550 NM - PLN 258 for allegro, average air consumption: 350 l / min
SATRA 1500 NM PLN 249 for allegro, average air consumption: 150 l / min

I found a video on youtube:
Where the ATS key for PLN 249 competes with the much more expensive BOXO for PLN 650:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQdB8QWRsm0

    I have a compressor of 100l, efficiency at about 230 l / min

    It is even cheaper:
BASS Poland 1550 NM but no air consumption is given.

But I would rather aim for something out of the three, I wonder if the BJC air would have up to 350 l / min? If it is similar in design to ATS and SATRA? Is there any distortion here? Or rather ATS and SATRA and the rest of the other more expensive and cheaper ones that have only 150 l / min, it is real that the pneumatic wrench on the hose 12, powered directly from the cylinder only uses 150 l / min, I have such an old 7 year old key Targowica for PLN 80, I stripped it a few times because it rubbed, but it still works today, it has 4 power acts for tightening and loosening, and it consumes more than 250 l / min, I would say that it's 350 l / min, normally like a wheel bolt they are baked it will unscrew without any problem, but the more seared is just a hand wrench + a hammer. And I am looking for a key stronger than my one for 80 PLN which served me 7 years, initially with a 50l compressor, it was necessary to wait but somehow managed.

Time for a change, and I do not know, suggest using air consumption of 350 and 150 l / min, or maybe in practice these keys have similar consumption? And which one to choose from this triple? [/ B]

I personally use a sacheter, of course, the compressor from the 50l market is too weak and can not keep pumping, but such a min 100l will overwhelm, the key also uses a cousin of a car mechanic and highly praises, had different before and none was so strong. As for the other keys I do not speak because I did not use, I bought my first SATRE 1500nm and I do not want another.

    Theoretically, the demand agrees:
    1500 Nm, 1500 N * 1 m / 1 s = 1500 W,
    150 l / min = 0.15 m ^ 3 / min = 0.0025 m ^ 3 / s,
    0.0025 m ^ 3 / s * 600,000 Pa = 1500 W.

Hello. I am also at the stage of choosing a key and I am also thinking about buying a satra. I'm just afraid that my compressor Black Decker 100 lo capacity 220 l per minute will not cope with this KEY. I've never had such a KEY before. Please, tell me if the compressor will be working all the time while unscrewing the bolts in Kole? And whether such a tank is enough to unscrew 4 wheels quickly in the car. I do not mean numbers and flows. The question is, will I be able to work with this key or one wheel, and so I will have to reach for the usual key?

One wheel should be unscrewed with this compressor. During the time you change it, you will have to tighten it up and the second one to unscrew.

So theoretically working with this key and this compressor is possible?

Not even theoretically. Like wheels tightened to a torque wrench, not as much as possible. You will unscrew it. It will not be comfortable but it will work.

hello, and if someone can give opinions on this satra and the key bjc, I am just wondering about them, theoretically there is no difference

I bought a satre .. For me a revelation. It detaches the wheel without a problem. Work at a high level.

today I also ordered a satre, I will need it from time to time so it should be enough

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the comparison of three pneumatic wrenches: ATS 1500 NM, BJC 1550 NM, and SATRA 1500 NM, focusing on their prices, air consumption, and performance. Users express their experiences and concerns regarding the compatibility of these tools with their compressors, particularly a 100L compressor with a 230 L/min efficiency. The ATS and SATRA models are noted for their lower air consumption (150 L/min), while the BJC model has a higher requirement (350 L/min). Users report positive experiences with the SATRA model, highlighting its effectiveness in removing wheel bolts. Concerns are raised about whether a compressor can sustain the air demand during use, especially for tasks like changing car wheels. Overall, the SATRA model receives favorable reviews, while users seek clarity on the performance differences among the models.
