I downloaded it. And installed to the latest version.

You use the standard Microsoft driver, so don't expect miracles from it. A better option would be to connect headphones to the sound card through the aforementioned minijack sockets. This does not mean that such a sound card is built-in. I was looking for the right USB driver, but I can't see anywhere. You've downloaded the firmware (software) I don't know why or why. It doesn't matter in your problem, so it didn't help you, as we can see in the screenshots above.

Hello, I have a Lenovo Legion Y520 laptop.

I bought HyperX Cloud II headphones today, previously I had: creative fatality gaming hs-800.

Now that I have these headphones, I can't configure them well to make them sound better than those. I heard that I should connect via a 3.5 mm jack. But I am currently using USB (where I heard there is a built-in sound card). I don't know How to make it sound better than the previous one.
That the sound would be good, with the bass, that you would hear footsteps from all sides. Please help.

You've downloaded the firmware (software) I don't know why or why. It doesn't matter in your problem, so it didn't help you, as we can see in the screenshots above.
