    Hello.

Periodically the internet disappears, this happens several times an hour. This was reported to Orange, the technician repaired something on the pole, pinned something on the switchboard and according to the line is OK, it's the router's fault. He suggested that the problem must be in the router (he did not know how to describe it), so that we would not pay 99 PLN for the repair, because there was also a problem on the pole that he solved there. The problem was on the "old" one and a half year old router, we bought a new one, having some configuration problems due to the difference in the interface (in the old one it was simpler, more accessible), as a result of which there is once and no time on the new router. Like the "old" one. The reason inherent in the line has already been eliminated, only the router remains. Please look at the attached settings screenshots, we have completely no idea how to solve it and it is very bothersome because children cannot use the Internet during the holidays. We ask for help.

    New router: TP-Link TD-W8961N

Poor upstream synchronization, a lot of errors on the line. Try a different telephone cable if you have not already done so. Maybe at home a poorly connected line?

The line at home (the cable from the socket to the router) seems to be well connected, it is new from the router set. The service technician landed in the socket, took his measurements and a green smiley face on a smartphone-like device, the insiders will probably know what's going on.

Earlier, a service technician walked around the entire building watching the cable, also climbed the nearby poles looking at it further, checked the connections to the building and the parameters on individual cable sections. Earlier, he was using his devices in the Kierdy Router. He was showing a ground fault in the B vein, as I remember. It wasn't there later, but there was often a synchronization problem. Ultimately, it was the router's fault.

On a nearby pole he improved the cable connections, which increased the line parameters from low in his opinion 13 MB / s to 18 MB / s, the connection is up to 20 MB / s.

I had a similar problem with W8968. Once synchronized and once not. It turned out later that the router failed and I was looking for a problem on the line.

If there is a clear line between the pole and the router as you write, then the router is having problems with synchronization.
    1. Try a different router.
    2. In Orange you will probably get Livebox 2.0 for almost free.

    You'll see it's the router's fault.
