    Hello,

I have had an LG OLED55c7 for maybe a year. I recently appeared / noticed such an afterimage at the bottom of the screen. I found it best visible against a red / yellow background (see appendices).
I have always had the "image shift" option turned on in "OLED Panel Setting" and have already performed the "pixel refresh" process several times - no change - the afterimage remains. What's the problem? Is it possible to get rid of it or is it left to advertise TV?

On the same TV you had?

How do they solve complaints? Service or replacement with a new one? How long does it take + -?

Hmmmmm ... I thought it advertised where I bought it.

How does it look - can I send it via LG via www / helpline directly or do I have to pack the TV and go to the market with it?

Sorry for ignorance, but basically nothing has ever broken me and I have not returned the warranty.

How is it with TV from LG? Someone will tell you how to do it neatly?

Call the hotline or check the manufacturer's website on how to file a complaint. It will be the fastest.

You go where you bought, I'm still in Saturn, but it doesn't matter. I bought insurance for 5 years. I reported something similar to the supermarket and I got a document to fill in. They send in the technician and he decides what to do next. I got LG 65 "new with more or less similar parameters or money around 14K minus operation, it would be around 11K. Everything went smoothly, quickly. I didn't take the money because I didn't want to look for MM stores. I went to the nearest MM and If you choose the cheaper one, the cash registers do not return, only the surcharge. I paid a little extra.
