[Solved] citroen c4 1.6 hdi 2005 - P0299 no recharging, it is above 3000 rpm

After replacing the turbo, such a problem, the turbo stands up very slowly, it does not respond to geometry adjustments.
the old turbo got slack and the geometry did not run in full range, sometimes it had power, but rarely.
Now it is so that at, for example, 2000 rpm, it has only 1.2-1.4 bar together with the atmospheric boost, which is much too little, it behaves as if the geometry did not work.
There is pressure, the bar is working, but whether it is tightened or not, it does not matter, the flow meter is replaced, certainly working.
I exclude the negative pressure, because even with a locked barbell to the max, there was no overload, the maximum topped up was 2 bar and it was at 3.5 thousand rpm.
Where could the problem be?

And the exhaust exhaust? EGR not jammed?

Carefully inspect the boost cables with the intercoler. Are there any errors in the controller after a long drive?

the boost lines are tightened, everyone is plugged, it does not go anywhere, the exhaust is free according to the dpf sensors egr works fine during the test.
after a long drive, reports p0299, which is too little boost and sometimes there is a radiator fan error, but it should rarely have an impact.

If it does not respond to geometry adjustments, the turbo control valve needs to be replaced or cleaned, it is worth checking if the valve connection with the atmosphere is not clogged.
