Hello, I have a steamjet enbio class B autoclave. Every now and then, when sterilizing instruments, water appears on the countertop. It spills as if from the back where there are supply pipes but I can not locate it exactly. Recently, I discovered that in the cabinet underneath and there are containers for clean and dirty water there is also a small puddle. The wires are dry. Where can water get out of? Sometimes when I look under the autoclave water droplets appear on the terz screws. Is it normal?
    I ask for advice.

I do not know this autoclave very well, but the emerging water may indicate a leak in the internal water supply system or its discharge, but it can also be the result of condensation of steam escaping through a leak during the process. I suggest calling the site, it is not possible to locate the cause remotely.

Most likely the bulkhead fitting (into which you attach the hose - red) has become loose and leaking.

I think so too, because with the red tongue the water always appears, can it be tightened somehow? I tried my hand but nothing came of it

You can't try with your hand, you can try with the key. If you fail to write to the site, they will send a replacement for the time of repair, so it should not hurt
