I am asking for help in identifying elements Q1 and Q2 on the board in the screwdriver. They are marked Y2 and the housing SOT23. According to my findings, these can be: two 12V zener diodes or a 1.5A PNP transistor

Q1 and Q2 are SS 8550 transistors. Due to their lack, I used BC 807 The screwdriver is loading.
