I heat my house with a KOSPEL 12 kW electric cooker.
    Connection to the building =14kW
At the moment the hot water is supplied by a thermo, eventually an 18kW instantaneous water heater installed in the bathroom.
I have created a logic that, by switching on the light in the bathroom, disconnects the cooker releasing the power allocation, this gives the possibility to use the instantaneous water heater. By switching off the light the cooker switches back on. A 'blind' bathroom with no window. I am looking for hints on how to solve the problem of using the same instantaneous water heater in the kitchen. With what to disconnect the cooker

Hysteresis is another problem. In the settings of the rh S4Tes AC transmitter I set the value to, say, 5 i.e. by 0.5 degrees. I set a temperature range of 12-23 degrees with increments of 0.5 degrees. Well what I observed. The temperature reading is 21.6, the set temperature is 22.0 at this point my furnace should not be heating. When I set the temperature with the slider starting from 12 and stopping at 22, the cooker does not heat (OK for me), but when I move the pointer on the slider, e.g. to 23, the cooker switches on (also OK here), but when I change the value to 22, the cooker continues to heat and here it is not OK.
Is this an error on the software side?
Thanks in advance for your help

Task 22.1 should switch off. Because when you have a limit set, e.g. 22, it has to exceed it by the smallest value.

    Hysteresis, that's another problem.

Do you know how hysteresis works, what it's all about?
