Welcome to the vectra c under the hood finds a chamber with fuses and relays and I can't find a detailed description anywhere. One relay is probably from the start-up because it turns without a key in the ignition. I don't know if this is a fault or something else 2004 Vectra C 2.2 Petrol: Under Hood Fuses & Relays Details, Start-Up Issue & Solutions

Hello. When I move this fuse, it turns the starter as if to start. Is this normal? And what is the task? Can you start the car without the key?

Is not normal. Something sticks when you move. This needs to be verified because it will be like with peugots.

Don't go about something you don't know about. Return the car to the recommended factory.
