    Hello
Since yesterday I am struggling with the following 2 problems in Renault Trafic II 2012, 2.0 DCI 115 HP:
    1. The message "Check injection and check exhaust system" pops up. After connecting to TEXE, it displays the error P1425 - EGR coolant pump, controller circuit 2. Value beyond the limit.
I pulled the EGR, there was some soot, but I flushed it. Unfortunately, nothing helped. I saw under the air filter by the left lamp 2 circulation pumps, one of them had a broken wire +, after soldering, unfortunately, it did nothing. I don't know where to look for the cause.

After removing and cleaning the EGR, a second error P2502 also appeared - Battery charging flag status. Signal beyond the lower limit. I will add that this error was not there before removing the EGR.
Have any of your colleagues dealt with a similar problem?
I ordered a circulation pump from BOSCH just in case.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Where to look for it? How can he look like? Do you mean the EGR valve itself?

Added after 14 [hours] 22 [minutes]:

Now another problem, when I looked into the fuse box and relays in the engine compartment with the ignition on, I pulled out the relays one by one and put them back in, the diagnostic computer stopped connecting to the ECU, it connects normally to the other components. When I try to connect to the ECU on a running engine, the car jerks and goes out and you can't start it until the OBD is disconnected.

I don't have the strength anymore, where to look for the reason?

I turned off the EDC EGR.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues faced with a 2012 Renault Trafic II 2.0 DCI, specifically error codes P1425 and P2425, indicating problems with the EGR coolant pump and the exhaust gas recirculation system. The user initially encountered a "Check injection and check exhaust system" message, leading to diagnostics that revealed the P1425 error. After cleaning the EGR valve, a new error, P2502, related to battery charging, appeared. The user also noted a broken wire on a circulation pump, which was repaired but did not resolve the issues. Subsequent attempts to diagnose the ECU resulted in loss of communication, with the vehicle stalling when attempting to connect. Other users provided insights into the P2425 error, suggesting it relates to the EGR cooler bypass valve, but the user expressed frustration over the inability to connect to the ECU and the ongoing problems.
