Hello. I have long wanted to buy a 500 gb sata ssd for a laptop. I am looking for offers on the occasion of black friday and Crucial MX500 disks, 500 gb, price from 269-289 PLN (normal price 350 PLN) have the most discounts. I have read a lot of tests on Ssd Sata drive models and selected three that I consider.
1. Samsung 860 Evo.
2. Samsung 860 Pro (250gb).
3. Crucial MX500.
I wanted to buy a Samsung Pro the most, but the price is high, for 250 gb, about PLN 450. Samsung Evo costs ~ PLN 355 for 500 gb but it is on TLC bones, as well as the Crucial Mx500.
I care most about failure-free and fast operation. Is it worth paying extra for Samsung Evo or Pro? In tests, they talk about TLC dice differently, so the users are divided between supporters and opponents. I was already decided to buy a Samsung 860, but I do not know if it is worth paying extra ~ 70 PLN. Does anyone have these models or recommend some others? I am looking forward to some occasions with Samsung Pro but no store has made a cut with it.
