I'm new to the forum, so first of all, welcome to all forum members.
I have a big problem with my Audi A5. 2.0 TFSI engine, 180 km gasoline, year 2011, engine code CDNB, mileage 160,000 km. After a few days of use, a blinking icon appeared - check engine. After connecting to the computer, errors were popping up.
PO30100 cylinder 1 misfire detection Active / Constant
PO30000 Random / Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detection Active / Constant
B200100 night mode (0x18) incorrect control module software version (data not compatible)
B200FF0 detection of a steering angle related error during ASIC test - VDDUS UV is not entered after completion of the Active / Permanent test
B200FF0 SPI driver connection timeout - Synchronous readout of an interrupted Active / Constant command asynchronous timeout.
Misfire - first thought, spark plugs, coils (set, BERU coils and spark plugs replaced)
The oil, oil filter and air filter were changed on the occasion.
Of course, the repair did not help, the ignitions fell out. The car vibrated and kicked terribly. Decision to visit an authorized service station
After checking the car, the mechanic from the ASO stated that the seized rings were to blame, the car was taking the oil. The known ailment of these cars. Diagnosis, repair of the piston and crank system in ASO. It was true that the car used 1 l / 500 km of oil, so it was necessary to overhaul the engine thoroughly, of course not in an authorized service center, but at a mechanic's friend. The pistons were replaced with new ones with thicker rings, the cylinder head was removed, etc. Additionally, the timing gear and tensioners were replaced (apparently the tensioners are faulty in these years). Compression on all cylinders approx. 12.4 - 12.7 bar.
After reconditioning, the engine does not consume a gram of oil. I thought that the diagnosis with the ASO was correct - taking the oil - misfiring. After 3 days from the renovation, the check engine pops up again, the ignitions fall out and the same errors fall out again.
After erasing errors 1.2 days, it's okay later again.
I gave the car to an electromechanic so that he could diagnose the cause of the misfire. After 3 days of diagnosis, he stated that the engine is flooding with gasoline at idle speed, the engine temperature is not exactly 90 degrees, it fluctuates from 76 degrees to 90 degrees, again 75 degrees after a long drive is the same. Another diagnosis is too rich fuel mixture. The reasons were indicated by 2: an emphysema, a thermostat (I replaced the engine temperature sensor earlier).
Today I picked up the car, he replaced the pneumothorax (original), he did not replace the thermostat (the mechanic will replace it on Saturday). After driving about 50 - 60 km. I turned off the car, after a while I wanted to start and nothing. The fourth time it worked. After a while, the same thing fires up hard. I drove a bit and of course it started to jolt the car and the check engine light again: after connecting to the computer, the same errors:
PO30100 cylinder 1 misfire detection Active / Constant
PO30000 Random / Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detection Active / Constant
B200FF0 detection of a steering angle related error during ASIC test - VDDUS UV is not entered after completion of the Active / Permanent test
B200FF0 SPI driver connection timeout - Synchronous readout of an interrupted Active / Constant command asynchronous timeout.
A strange situation that despite the flashing flashes of the check engine indicator (clear loss of ignition), it is normal after gasification, it is dynamic and lively. When I get to the idle lights, it shakes again and the light flashes. I thought that when the ignition falls out, it works for 3 cylinders and after adding gas it goes normally. I'll shut down the engine and can't start again. I'll wait an hour and smoke to touch what's going on?
Could it be that the candles are flooded with gasoline, I can not start (they are wet) and when idle, it floods the candles with gasoline and the ignitions fall out over and over again?
Do you have any ideas what to do? It's not a spaceship after all. The mechanics spread their hands. I don't know what to do anymore. Please help me because I don't have the strength anymore and I don't know what to do next.
