Hello, I have a problem with my Audi A3 8P 2011 2.0 TDI CR 140HP CFFB. The problem is that the engine works as an old diesel pat taps mainly in the range of 1200 - 2000 revolutions. The mechanics said it was one of the injectors. So all the injectors were dismantled and the two tested ones turned out to be damaged so they were exchanged for the new OE AUDI AUDI, and two efficient ones put back into the car. After coding the injectors, the car still tapped and patted like an old diesel mechanics said that you need to replace the remaining injectors will definitely help and so I exchanged the other two and the engine knocked and patted still, the injector map was also checked and the program (chip) was also not it helped the most audible it is in the temperature range from 40-90 degrees as it is quite cold it almost does not knock and when it is heated it is a little quieter but still pats ... my hands are already falling. What could it be??? because so much money is ruled and the car terribly pat you can not drive like that. I am asking for some help because I do not know what to do. I would also like to add that the EGR valve with the exhaust gas recirculation cooler is also a new OE VW AUDI and the compression of each of the cylinders has also been tested and each one is the same, I do not have any loss of fluctuations. Please help me in my topic.

Hello, these injections are new or remanufactured? and did the mechanics look at the fuel pressure on the ramp ?.

Knocks like the injections were damaged because I heard damaged injectors also in such a car and it was just tapped even more than mine but it helped him to replace the injectors and not me ... and the car does the guest who works on vw well after work does myself at home, but I did not see only the good cars in my home. The video has no place to put it, because everything is ok at the stop. At the stop there are only such stops: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmyX97AK1FA only a little less and while driving at revolutions eg 1600 and adding some gas not to This resistance just pats just more or we drive e.g. 1,400 rounds on 4th gear with monotonous gas and knocks like this all the time. Here on this example video from 3 - 5 seconds I also pat like me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFJxQPS8A1Y

    Added after 1 [minutes]:

and i forgot to add that the injections are new original VW not remanufactured.

Or maybe he hangs himself and the pressure is too high on the slat. See what is the ECU control I mean about the voltage that goes on the eponym

It is a valve that regulates the pressure on the strip. It is located at the high pressure pump. Two cables come to it

For me, in A3 2.0 TDI CFFB, the car at lower temperatures (e.g. 10 degrees C or less) accelerated before warming up the engine by changing speed and with the sounds of knocking, after warming up, the acceleration abruptly passed, but the sounds did not. The problem deepened until it started to stop even on hot. Cleaning the injectors helped for 2 weeks, during the second cleaning (on the complaint), the company said that there was a significant amount of metal filings in the injectors, the mechanic confirmed the same by pouring the fuel from the filter, it ended up replacing all three fuel pumps (tank, auxiliary and high pressure) cleaning the entire fuel system (rinsing the fuel tank and hoses). Party for 8k PLN.

Another time, the car ran like a tractor and shook the shed, the glow plug switch lit up and the car went out, and then it did not want to fire for a long moment, it turned out that there was a problem with the beam to the roller position sensor and the sensor itself. First, the beam was repaired, the problem did not occur so often, but it still happened, after replacing the shaft position sensor, it stopped completely. Cost of the sensor ~ 200PLN, diagnostics and repair of the harness ~ 100PLN.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a persistent tapping noise in a 2011 Audi A3 8P 2.0 TDI CR CFFB engine, particularly noticeable between 1200-2000 RPM. The owner has replaced all injectors with new OE Audi parts, yet the issue persists. Various suggestions include checking fuel pressure, examining the knock sensor, and ensuring proper ECU control. One user reported a similar problem that was resolved by cleaning the injectors and replacing multiple fuel pumps due to metal filings in the system. The owner expressed frustration over the ongoing issue despite significant investment in repairs.
