    Good day.

I have a JBL GO speaker:
JBL GO bluetooth speaker - connecting to a computer with Windows 7 64 bit
I want to connect it to a desktop computer. I just don't know how to do it.
I bought this Bluetooth adapter Esperanza Bluetooth 2.0 USB:

I connected and successfully installed the Bluetooth adapter.

Now I'm trying to add a new bluetooth device, i.e. my JBL GO speaker to my computer:

After which I am told that the device has not been successfully installed and I do not know what's going on?

Does this speaker have any drivers for Windows 7 64 bit ?? I got it as a gift and I don't remember if he had any driver board.

    I tried to upload Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) drivers for Windows 7 *
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28510/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-7-

JBL was supposedly successfully installed, without any exclamation marks.

The further problem is that now I go into the sound / playback and select one of the bluetooth devices on the device and do not want to connect, I tried to turn off / on the device several times, something is wrong. :P

Will not connect you after it is unplugged, unplug the speakers from the green socket.

It doesn't help, I tried different ways, it seems to me that this speaker does not work just under Windows 7 or the Bluetooth 2.0 adapter is not compatible with a speaker that has bluetooth 4.1.

Is there any other solution? Is there any bluetooth transmitter that can connect a pc - JBL GO speaker?

I was able to connect this speaker through the bluesoleil program. Unfortunately, this paid program works only 30 days and the quality of the transmitted audio is very poor.
I am looking for some alternatives, maybe there are some bluetooth adapters that have their own software, because these standard drivers don't work to connect this speaker.

I solved the problem I bought a more expensive BT adapter instead of this Esperanza shit, which does not work at all under Windows 7 I bought the more expensive logilink BT0015 model again and it works elegantly, but the 100m range is a bit fake, at home I just need to go a few rooms and the sound stops.

100M is in the open space and not in the apartment walls suppress BT signal.

I solved my problem myself. I was simply changing the adapter to a different one that had drivers working under windows 7.
    Subject to close.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting a JBL GO Bluetooth speaker to a desktop computer running Windows 7 64-bit using an Esperanza Bluetooth 2.0 USB adapter. The user successfully installed the Bluetooth adapter but faced issues when trying to add the JBL GO speaker, receiving an installation error. Subsequent attempts to connect the speaker were unsuccessful, leading to speculation that the Bluetooth adapter may not be compatible with the speaker's Bluetooth 4.1 technology. Suggestions included using alternative Bluetooth transmitters or software like Bluesoleil, which, while functional, had limitations in audio quality. Ultimately, the user resolved the issue by purchasing a more compatible Bluetooth adapter, the Logilink BT0015, which worked effectively despite some range limitations.
