    Hello.
The computer found my headphones without any problems using a bluetooth adapter.
The problem is that I can't pair them.
    The system is windows 7.
In the attachments I present screenshots showing the problem and show that the device is most visible by the system and that the bluetooth adapter works as it should.
The problem is that nothing is displayed in the "Services" field that I could select and click "apply". There is an "hourglass" for a while and nothing is displayed.
Finally, I will add that there is no problem with the smartphone. The headphones pair without any problem.
    Please help.

Have the Bluetooth driver installed correctly? You should have something like "Bluetooth AV Audio" or something similar in your device manager. What is bluetooth? Built-in computer or USB?

Hama bluetooth v4.0 adapter for usb 2.0
automatically installed drivers after plugging it under usb.
But when I look, they are from 2006 ...
I've been looking for over an hour, downloading different drivers, but it's for nothing ...
Through the device manager when I click "update driver" nothing too.
The exact model of this adapter is v200049218
I also found a list of drivers on the manufacturer's website, but I have no idea which one to use.
    List: https://ch.hama.com/service/download/treiber/bluetooth
I will add that the headphones work on bluetooth 4.1 (the adapter is up to 4.0), but the seller in the store assured me that they would work on 4.0 without any problems.
I am adding a screen from the task manager.

BlueSoleil coped with the fact that the program allowed to transfer 2 mb of data and so much from listening to music.

BlueSoleil is a paid program, but at least the hardware is known to work.
Check with other drivers and as above.

The software you sent is working. Unfortunately, this is also a trial version for 30 days.
I didn't expect finding a free driver to be such a problem.

With the adapter you should get a driver CD and a licensed version of BlueSoleil.

There wasn't even a full set.
I bought a box in which the adapter was packed.
A short instruction inside and that's it.
After connecting to the usb, the adapter detected and installed drivers that turned out to be wrong.
It's hard, I will be looking for a replacement for these 30 days, maybe I can figure out something.
    Thank you for your help!

The drivers aren't deceptive, just Windows doesn't install bluetooth audio.
I have never used bluetooth on Windows drivers so I don't know how to do it, but I can see there is a bluetooth audio driver on the net. Maybe if you install such a driver, it will work.
Type "Bluetooth Audio driver" in the search engine, look, read.
