Hello, I have a problem with the Bluetooth module in my laptop. Well, I connect to the JBL GO speaker and a window pops up with the installation of drivers, which of course fails. This is also the case for other devices but mainly for this wireless speaker. Why is this so because other Bluetooth laptops can easily connect immediately. Please help!!

This may be due to the Bluetooth version (type) or BT drivers - installation of the Bluesoleil program usually helps, but this one is paid.

Device Manager has any device not installed?
https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic1228905.html Alternatively, enter the device instance ID and the type of system installed.
