    Hello.
The Lidl oil compressor Parkside is to show 50 liters how well I read the model pko 500 a2 for 500 zlotys.
Is it worth buying it for housework, i.e. inflating the wheels in a bicycle and a car, blowing something and possibly painting?

The picture says: "low-vibration and quiet engine with oil lubrication system"
I mean, is it quiet enough to be kept and used in a block basement?
    Regards.

Loud as any other compressor, i.e. 97 dB.
For comparison, 100dB is the sound of a motorcycle without a muffler :)

For the purposes you have provided, it will probably work, and the plus is a 3-year warranty. And the engine may be quiet, but the compressor is not necessary. Over 100 dB.

50 l tank - too big for your needs.
    Pumping wheels:
    - Compressor for 12 V, such a two-piston car for about PLN 100.
    - Diaphragm compressor - it will be quieter than the piston compressor, but the maximum pressure may be too low to inflate the wheels on the bicycle.
    - Compressor "refrigerator". Quiet, high pressure, but low capacity and you have to do it yourself :-)
    - Piston compressor. Look for a tank of 24 liters or less - unless you have a large basement. But why pump a 50-liter tank for a few minutes to inflate the tire into your bike. Compressors with tanks of 6 - 10 liters are available, and even "suitcase" and "portable".

Painting is a bit worse here. The need for air, but for small components a piston compressor, about 2 kW, a 24-liter tank is enough.

Piston compressors are loud. The neighbors will hear it, probably everyone.

I am also wondering about this compressor, but on Allegro there are stronger versions with a 50l tank with accessories and oil at a lower price, but what is TAGRED?

Parkside from Lidl is mainly supported by a 3-year warranty and a trouble-free return or warranty claim by UPS courier at their expense. Ten Tagred 2 years warranty and probably fun with complaints ...
Parkside 1.8 kW engine and Tagred 2.8 kW, is this a big difference when you use amateur garage? At Parkside you also need to change the oil, is it maintenance free?

What do you advise for normal garage works such as pumping, blowing, painting small parts, including replacing the wheels with a pneumatic wrench?

And what's this Parkside or Tagred can't do? it is known that I will take breaks after each assembly wheel, it will not be a buttress like in a workshop ;)

Maybe some small key. From the large, with reasonable power, at least as I have, it is a "knock" key, but nothing unscrews - and I tighten the screws with a torque wrench, so they are not tightened too much.

    Hello.
    Thank you for reply
So far I've done a pump from the fridge.
Maybe in the future it will come to the cylinder, unless I can hunt down a compressor that I can put in the basement in the block.

Topic summary

The Parkside PKO 500 A2 oil compressor, available at Lidl for 500 zlotys, is being evaluated for household tasks such as inflating bicycle and car tires, blowing debris, and painting. Users report that while the compressor features a low-vibration and quiet engine, it operates at a noise level of approximately 97 dB, comparable to a motorcycle without a muffler, making it potentially unsuitable for use in a block basement. Alternatives such as smaller compressors (12V or diaphragm types) are suggested for tire inflation, as they are quieter and more appropriate for limited household needs. The Parkside model comes with a 3-year warranty, which is a significant advantage over other brands like Tagred, which offers a shorter warranty and may involve more hassle for claims. Overall, while the Parkside compressor can handle the tasks mentioned, its size and noise level may not be ideal for all users.
