    Hi everybody,

I have a Techwood TV with LED22AK13DVX/2 as reference. The red led is blinkink but the TV doesn't start. This TV has a 17IPS61-2 Power Board, a 17MB82-1A Main Board and a M215HGE-L21 Rev C2 Panel. The 17IPS61-2 Power Board is OK. I verify it. The red led is blinking but nothing can start the TV. Normally it's the Software who is in cause. The Software is in a EN25Q64 an a EN25QH16 serial flash memories. I want to flah these memories but i haven't the .bin files. Someone know where i can find them?
Thank you in advance for your replies.
    Best regards.

    Thanks arizanotu,

It doesn't work. The TV is unable to boot and load a software from a USB sticker. The USB sticker led blinks continuously and nothing append. I think that the software is so corrupted that it can't load a pkg file from the USB sticker. It's why i order a programmer to flash Eeprom in situ and i need bin files to flash directly by SPI transfer. I will try your bin files when i will receive the SPI programmer.

    Best regards.

power off(not to stby!)-pendrive(FAT32) with uncompressed software to USB slot-press and take OK on remote control-power on with power cord-take while LED on pendrive were blinking-it can last even few minutes-TV set must be restart himself.Product number(10083946)is the same as on mainboard sticker.
Try first original SW,when is not effective try another one(loader full).
    Good luck!

Dont rewrite 25q16. First rewrite 25q64. I think q16 is including panel data.

    Hi gwozdz,
I tried this morning but nothing append. I saw that the USB sticher blinks continuously and rapidly. It's what it makes also if i power the TV by the power cord without any action on key on the remote. As i said, i think that the software is so corrupted that it is unable to make something except blinking led. I will try to flash bin files directly on the Eeprom by SPI mode when i will receive the programmer.
Thanks for the files. The latest one with same product number is exactly the same that Vestel send me for this kind of TV.
    Best regards.

    Hi all,
Programmer received. I flashed the 25Q64, but nothing more. Then i flashed th 25Q16 and now, i can start the TV and stop it. The backlight starts also, but nothing on the screen. I update the software with the one sent by Vestel. Nothing more. Perhaps software not for the LCD panel ? Or an other issue to find…
    Someone had this issue ?
    Best regards.

    Hello Billobirillo,
    Thanks a lot.
    It works fine.
I think it was not the good software that i had for the LCD Panel.
    Best regards :D

Topic summary

A user reported that their Techwood TV model LED22AK13DVX/2 fails to start, indicated by a blinking red LED. The user identified the power board (17IPS61-2) as functional but suspected software corruption in the flash memories (EN25Q64 and EN25QH16). They sought .bin files to reflash these memories. Various forum members provided links to firmware and suggested methods for flashing the software via USB and SPI programming. After receiving a programmer, the user successfully flashed the EN25Q64 and EN25QH16, allowing the TV to power on, but encountered a new issue with no display despite backlight activation. Further assistance was provided regarding the correct software for the LCD panel (M215HGE-L21), which ultimately resolved the display issue.
