Could you get me the firmware or BIOS.bin file for a Toshiba 49L2863DG TV?
The TV does not start and the LED remains flashing red and green.
It is surely a firmware or corrupt BIOS problem and can only be solved by reprogramming the Winbond W25Q16JVSSIQ BIOS IC.
If you could help me with this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, I got the same TV Toshiba model 39L3868DA and Customer Support (now Vestel after the Toshiba brand label has been sold to them) sent me the "latest" firmware for this TV-model a few days ago by using the supplied serial number for this.
Unfortunately this forum did not accept the uploaded ZIP file due to "Please upload a correct ZIP file" error message.
Strangely enough i was able to unzip it normally on my Windows 11 PC and installed the corresponding files onto my own TV using the supplied installation notes for USB stick...

Note: I tried to add the compressed ZIP file to my message above by using "Add attachement"...
Note2: I retried zipping the files into another file and this time it seems to function, because the file was uploaded.
