I got the USB recovery files for the TV. I tried with a few different USB sticks and it seems to read them fine and upgrade the software. But in my case, I cannot be sure as the screen just flashes once for a second and then off again. Does anyone know if you have to remove the SPI 25L1606E to read/write to it? I have a CH341A with a pogo pin type adapter to read the chip, but the CH341A LED goes out when I seem to have good contact with the chip pins.

I replaced the two 92uF/100V capacitors beside the transformer on the power board and all is good. One was bad and the other was reading low.
