It depends on how the COD shipper decided. Was the collection amount supposed to be transferred directly to the provided bank account or to the indicated address (sender's address by default) ?. In the PP regulations there is a general term "immediately", which for the second (potentially more time-consuming) option would indicate that the collection amount should be delivered D + 5, i.e. max. up to 5 working days depending on the infrastructure. In my experience, this deadline was never exceeded, usually it was D + 2 or D + 3.
Of course, the first method is less time-consuming, but this is also due to interbank elixir sessions and the effectiveness of booking transfers in individual banks - here you can receive a transfer within even less than 24 hours (as long as there are no non-working days in the meantime).

A download to your account probably works like a postal order. It's like the recipient goes to the post office and makes a transfer to your account number. When I was sending items on delivery, I usually received the transfer within a few days after receiving the package.

The deadline is 48 hours in the case of working days, in the case of non-working days, an appropriate amount of time should be added, it seems logical. Same with the D + 1 delivery date. If I ship on Friday, it makes sense that it will arrive on Monday as soon as possible.
