I bought the i12 TWS headphones. After taking them out of the powerbank they connected together, I plugged them into the phone and everything worked. The next day each headphone was detected as separate and the 2 I had to connect to the phone, but the sound can be played on one at the same time. The manual says they should pair with each other when removed. What to do?

    Hello.
I have had exactly the same problem.
    - remove one handset.
    - wait until the blue LED flashes.
    - "press" the touch button 5 times (the red LED should light)
    - take out another one and repeat the steps.
    - put it in the charger.
    - wait until they both start charging.
    - take it out and they should pair.
    this is a factory reset.
    It worked for me.

    Greetings.

For me, this scheme did not work. The headphones do not pair, only the left one works. Anyone have any other idea?

I have a similar problem. After taking it out of the powerbank, the phone detected the headphones, everything works for about 1 minute. After that, the right handset hangs up. When you touch the touch "button" it turns on, after a minute or less it disconnects and so on all the time. UNBEATABLE. Does anyone know jsk to solve this?

My problem is that the headphones do not even want to pair. The box glows blue and both headphones are red and you click the nothing button a million times.
