I have had exactly the same problem. - remove one handset. - wait until the blue LED flashes. - press the touch button 5 times (the red LED should light) - take out another one and repeat the steps. - put it in the charger. - wait until they both start charging. - take it out and they should pair. this is a factory reset. It worked for me. Greetings.

For me, this scheme did not work. The headphones do not pair, only the left one works. Anyone have any other idea?

My problem is that the headphones do not even want to pair. The box glows blue and both headphones are red and you click the nothing button a million times.

Hello.
I have had exactly the same problem.

- "press" the touch button 5 times (the red LED should light)
- take out another one and repeat the steps.
- put it in the charger.
- wait until they both start charging.
- take it out and they should pair.
this is a factory reset.
It worked for me.
