I have JBL Tunes 510BT headphones. Everything worked fine and from now on they don`t want to pair. I turn on the headphones, the blue pairing LED flashes and Bluetooth sees them, but pairing does not take place. I tried on two phones and a computer. Previously there was no problem. Does anyone know what may be the cause? Should I take it back to the store under warranty?

To give back. Once there are problems, they will not go away, they will repeat and deepen. Mine sometimes stays on for two weeks, but when I turn it on they catch on quite quickly, within 30 seconds.

It used to be that after turning them on they caught in a few seconds and now they don`t catch at all. Today I will take them to Media M. for service

Not for service, just return it and get your money back. Do not buy such things in a supermarket, only in a specialized store where the seller knows what he is selling.

Well, I bought it at Media Markt. JBL is a supposedly well-known brand :)

BT is nothing more than a kind of wifi, both operate in the 2.4GHz band - so you probably have a problem with this band, or you have, for example, a keyboard or mouse also on BT.

Well, the phone doesn`t have a mouse or keyboard paired with it. Just these one headphones

Are there no other 2.4GHz WiFi networks nearby?
Please do an ether scan and insert a screenshot from the application here:

And now the best part, I was about to go to the store with them and now I see them dead and they won`t turn on at all. I charged it fully and now they start pairing without any problems with anything I want. The strange thing is that when the battery was low, the diode did not glow red, but the pairing flashed blue and then the diode turned white. Well, they work now. We`ll see what happens next.

Topic solved. Some time has passed and the problem has not returned.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with JBL Tunes 510BT headphones failing to pair with devices despite previously functioning correctly. The user experienced a flashing blue LED during pairing attempts, which did not succeed on multiple devices. Suggestions included returning the headphones for a refund rather than seeking service, as persistent issues were noted. The user later discovered that the headphones would not turn on at all, but after charging, they successfully paired with devices. The problem appeared to be related to battery status, as the LED indicators behaved unusually when the battery was low. The user confirmed that the issue was resolved after this incident, with no recurrence reported.
