Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2 - the right earbud does not work

Yesterday, while using the headphones, the right earpiece started to interrupt and after 5 seconds it seemed to have died and still does not work, does not respond to clicks, hard resets and inserting into the cassette. Someone has an idea how to fix it or have it serviced (I will only add that they have 3 days of headphones)

As new headphones, there is no need to even think about it - a guarantee. Whether it's a hardware or software problem, it doesn't matter - you paid for working headphones, not for those that, for some reason, may suddenly stop working.

I put both in the charging base. I connected the charger One diode did not burn at all, nothing helped me when I pressed it and kept it pressed for some time. After a few attempts, it failed and it's ok

I also have a problem with one (right) earpiece. It does not react to any pressings, resets etc., it does not play. After inserting it into the charging station, the station's diode shows as if it is charging and the handset's diode flashes at a steady pace, but the brightness is minimal, you can only see it in a large shade. The left one responds elegantly to everything, plays, and the LED gives a very strong light. Anyone met with something like this?
Unfortunately, this is a company gift and I do not have a receipt to use the warranty and I will say that I liked it ..

Put 2 headphones into the box and connect the charger. Hold the handset that is not working for a few seconds as if you wanted to press it against the box. After a few repetitions, it worked. If it does not work, press for at least 30 seconds. Just be careful not to push too hard so as not to spoil anything.

I had a similar problem with the right handset did not react to anything reset and charging in the base did not help. It only set off when the second one was discharged, and I brought both of them into the landing base. Then, surprisingly, the law also begins to load. For now, both work.
