Hello, I take my headphones out of the powerbank and both blink red and blue, even though I knock twice, it is still impossible to pair and only 1 earpiece is playing

I have exactly the same problem, most of the working solutions describe the case when the earphone is blinking blue after removing it. Tapping twice on the left or right has absolutely no result.
