[Solved] LG 55EA970V-ZA: Cursor Not Working After Motherboard Replacement - Remote Control Issue?

Hello, we have a problem with the LG TV. It has recently crashed and the motherboard has been replaced by a "specialist-service technician". Unfortunately, after the repair in the original remote control, the cursor on the TV does not work (the cursor does not appear at all)
We have a second newer TV Lg model at home also with a cursor function and it does not work on this older model either ... (the model of this newer AN-MR18BA remote control).

The specialist found the failure of the remote control because he also did not work on some TV.
The remote control worked without any problems until the TV failed. The reason for servicing the receiver was a short circuit in the camera recorder (it went on the cable and the TV was damaged)
