High Ping in Games (80-110ms) but Low in Speed Test (30-40ms): Orange Polska Neostrada Issue

Hi. Well, the problem is as follows:

My ping in games is in the range of 80-110 with no "packet lost" though sometimes it does but rarely. The speed test results are correct, i.e. within 30-40 ms (checked several times).

The steps I did include:
- calling my IPS: Orange Polska Neostrada. Changed ipv6 to ipv4. He said that he reset the modem and configured and everything should work after 24 hours (of course, nothing happened)
- computer checks against viruses with CCleaner, Anti Malwarbytes, AVG, full scans. Nothing detected
- Before the phone, I reset the modem myself (no improvement)

PS. My contract with oragne is internet up to 80 mb / s and the speed you see is half the speed on my speed test results. Even with a speed of 40 mb / s, the ping should be lower. I really don't understand this and am asking for help.

Computer connected via ethernet cable. During the tests, all devices were disconnected.

Did you reset the modem to factory settings or just turned it off?

Yes, I did a modem reset to factory settings. Later I also called the technician and he did it himself.
