Try cleaning the valves in the pump, on the return and on the rail

Pacemaker monitoring, that's it in a nutshell. The driver has a problem with controlling the starter, maybe he was accidentally doused with something, e .g . water or has tarnished wires, short circuit. Check it.

I fired it up a few times and it just disappeared
