Hello, I have a question, how to reset with nbox disk formatting record from platform n, I mean TURBO 500GB version .. ?? Option via remote control and setup does not work: - setup and press 0359157 from the remote control and select RESET ... Does anyone know any other solution ... ??? :cry:

An alternative method is to use the hidden menu, which opens after selecting the key combination on the remote control: SETUP 0 3 5 9 1 5 7. Then confirm the selection of the FACTORY SETTINGS option. Keys on the remote control should be pressed slowly and repeated as long as it does not work the first time. ATTENTION: in case of nbox recorder the procedure deletes the contents of the disk! Doesn't run on turbo.
