    Hi to all,

a moment ago I bought a computer set in this configuration (skipping media):

    Ryzen 5 2600
MSI B350 PC Mate (supposedly updated bios to the newest)
ADATA XPG 2x8GB (AX4U300038G16-DGZ) (from the compatibility list)
    Gigabyte 1060
    Bequiet Pure Power 10 500W

After assembling everything, it turns out that the computer does not start. Immediately after pressing the Power LED from the processor lights up (CPU EZ Debug LED), does not go off, black screen. The motherboard was on the complaint and came back with the updated bios (apparently).

    What has been done:
    1. Checked processor, pulled out and reinserted several times, pins fine
    2. Launching with only one memory chip
    3. Reset the bios, jumper and remove the battery for a long time
    4. Unplug and re-insert power cords on the motherboard
    5. Measured voltages on the processor power connector (8 pin), anywhere 12V where it should be

Can anyone advise something? What to do next with this?

    And without RAM squeaks?

You can say that, after removing the frame, the DRAM diode lights up.
I don't have an external speaker.

Hmm, try running without graphics and check if the led CPU goes out. The picture will not be for known reasons :)
Measure the supply voltage in the 24-pin plug.
Alternatively, go to some website, maybe they will have a 1gen line, it will check if UEFI is in the latest version.

Additional power supply for the graphics card connected?

Connect the buzzer - this is the fastest way to diagnose the problem.

You wrote that you checked the processor but by inserting and removing it several times instead of replacing it with another one. Since the CD returned from the website only with a programmed BIOS, then probably nothing has happened to it from the beginning and the BIOS has been prevented. Combine the processor for a replacement or go to the service to check it out of hand

    The same without graphics.
The voltages on the 24-pin plug are fine.
I am just going to a nearby site with a motherboard, processor and frame to track the perpetrator.

Yes of course. In my case, a 6-pin plug.

The disc came back from the site (from a complaint) because I knew that a bios update was required to run the second generation Ryzen processor on this disc.
It was in this order: I bought the equipment -> I tried on the suggestion of the seller (it did not work, the LED from the processor) -> I returned the disc for a complaint -> I picked up the disc and submitted again and the same symptom all the time.

Added after 1 [hours] 5 [minutes]:

So I went to a local computer service and I know everything.
All parts are functional. Including motherboard, processor and RAM.
After putting other frames, specifically GSKILL F4-3000C15D-16GVR into my set, the computer fired without any problem.
Despite the compatibility of the MSI B350 PC Mate board with the ADATA memory AX4U300038G16-DGZ and the Ryzen 2600 processor they do not run on this platform.
On an MSI board with an Intel processor my ADATA ram memories fired without a problem, so maybe some worse series for AMD.
The topic can be considered closed.

    Summarizing:
AMD - AX4U300038G16-DGZ (present on the compatibility list) - does not work.
    Intel - AX4U300038G16-DGZ - works.

AMD - GSKILL F4-3000C15D-16GVR (not on the compatibility list) - works.
    Intel - GSKILL F4-3000C15D-16GVR - works.

Topic summary

The user reports an issue with a newly assembled computer that fails to start, indicated by the CPU EZ Debug LED remaining lit and a black screen. The configuration includes a Ryzen 5 2600 CPU, MSI B350 PC Mate motherboard, ADATA XPG RAM, Gigabyte 1060 GPU, and Bequiet Pure Power 10 500W PSU. Troubleshooting steps taken include reseating the CPU, testing with a single RAM stick, resetting the BIOS, and checking power connections. Responses suggest testing without the GPU, ensuring additional power for the graphics card is connected, and using a speaker for diagnostic beeps. Ultimately, the user discovers that all components are functional after testing with different RAM at a local service.
