Hello. A computer consists of more components than the motherboard. For starters, please take an interest in this post: - with emphasis on point 3.

Now it's much better, because you can see all the equipment we're dealing with. This LED indicates no DRAM or DRAM is damaged, or may indicate incorrect DRAM assembly. Try disassembling the memory and mounting it in the adjacent slot. Make sure it is properly mounted (latch/latches must click and close by themselves under pressure when mounting the module).
